Terms, Fees & Conditions
 
It is understood that each client will have different needs and therefore offering varying pricing structures from hourly to monthly retainer plans as well as per project fees will allow you to choose the best plan for your business needs.
 
 
Hourly Rate:
 
$30 per hour 
[Hourly rate billed in 15 minute increments with a 1 hour minimum.]
 
 
Per Project Fee: [depends on the services]
 
$30-$50 per hour
 
 
Retainer Pricing:
 
  5+ hrs. per month =  5% discount        [$142.50]
10+ hrs. per month = 10% discount        [$270]   
20+ hrs. per month = 15% discount        [$510]      
30+ hrs. per month = 20% discount        [$720]        
 
Any additional hours needed per month will be charged at the standard rate.  Unused hours can not be rolled over.  Reasonable notice of additional hours will be given to the client so that all hours can be used and not forfeited. 
 
Any additional materials [postage or delivery services, specialty paper, printer services, long distance phone service, etc.] will be billed monthly.
 
Weekend [Saturday and Sunday] and/or emergency services will be subject to a 25% surcharge and/or other rush fees.
 
 
Billing Policies:
 
A signed Work Agreement and a 50% deposit are requested to begin a work assignment with the balance due upon receipt of invoice. Invoices will be processed at the end of each assignment or the end of the current month whichever comes first.
 
Retainer invoicing will be processed, in advance, on the first of the month being retained or the 15th on the month depending on when you retain our services. Clients can choose to sign retainer contracts for 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year.

We accept US funds only. Payments will be received via PayPal who accepts credit cards and bank debit cards.
